The ECPR General Conference 2018, held in 22-25 August, was a great success for the members of the Political Concepts Standing Group. We had a strong presence with nine panels in our own Section. The Section was organized by Rieke Trimcev (Greifswald) and Rosario Lopez (Malaga) and numerous papers were presented on a wide range of themes such as the concept of politics in post-war political science, conservatism between politics and philosophy, and conceptualizing inter-parliamentary politics. Many thanks to our organizers, chairs and presenters. Let’s keep this up in next year’s conference in Wrocław!
