Following the success of the Group’s Workshop with Professor Carolyn Nordstrom (University of Notre Dame) in February 2013, the Group plans to offer another one-day closed Workshop followed by a public lecture this autumn. The Group is organising its 2nd Annual Conference with the International Association for Peace and Conflict Studies (IAPCS), which will be held between 12 – 13 September 2013 at the Humanitarian and Conflict Response Institute (HCRI), University of Manchester. Keynote speakers include Professor David Chandler (Westminster), Professor Sharbanou Tadjbakhsh (Sciences Po, Paris), Dan Smith (International Alert).
