ECPR JOINT SESSIONS

After two years of digital meetings, ECPR and our Standing Group finally returned to meeting in-person! At this year’s ECPR Joint Sessions, which took place at the University of Edinburgh in April, we were present with two workshops: “Changing societies meet political inertia: common grounds for climate activists and populists?” organised by SG co-convener Carolin Zorell; and we co-sponsored the workshop “Policy Integration of Human Rights and the Environment in Global Sustainability Governance“, which was organised by Andrea Lenschow and Maria-Therese Gustafsson.

GENERAL CONFERENCE

In August, the ECPR General Conference took place at the University of Innsbruck. Thanks to the efforts of the local hosts we had a fantastic conference experience. More information on the conference can be found on the conference website, and you can find out about the panels and papers that featured in our Environmental Politics section here.
