One of the aims of the SG Identity is to connect young and senior scholars. Organizing ‘young scholars schools’ has shown to be a successful strategy for this.

21 – 24 June 2017: Identifications and Solidarity in Europe, summer school organized by the SG Identity together with the research network “Horizontal Europeanization” at the Willy Brandt Center for German and European Studies of the University of Wrocław, Poland.

17-23 March 2013: European Identity: Concepts – Research Methods – Evidence, summer school organized by the SG Identity with support from the Volkswagen Stiftung at the FSU Jena, Germany.
