I would like to renew our call for section for next year’s ECPR general conference. The call for sections for the ECPR General Conference 2024 in Dublin is open until Nov 14^th. We are looking for section proposals and researchers interested in putting together a section on participation, mobilization, and social movement research. If you have a section in mind and seek the standing group’s endorsement, please circulate it until Nov 7^th so that we can have a look. Also, if you would like to chair a section and are looking for a partner, please be in touch with any questions you have.

 

Furthermore, the current steering committee is ending its term by the end of the year – therefore, we will hold elections for the following steering committee in December. We are always looking for interested and motivated researchers who like to engage in networking, organizing, workshops, conferences, etc. Typically, being part of a steering committee does not involve too intense time commitments, and enables to grow into a wonderful community of lovely people doing thrilling research. Step forward and be in touch if you are interested! Also, if you have any questions regarding the steering committee and its work.
