The future of progressivism: Applying Follett’s thinking to contemporary issues

Hosted by the John D. Rockefeller IV School of Policy and Politics, West Virginia University, Morgantown, WV, July 12-14, 2018.

Join scholars and practitioners from around the world for a multidisciplinary meeting of individuals who are passionate about Follett’s ideas from the fields of governance, conflict resolution, community development, and management and leadership.

Discussion will center on new chapters relating Follett’s work to contemporary challenges, culminating in a book to be published in late 2018.
We need diverse perspectives and thought partners to integrate our ideas in an Epilogue to the conference book and to explore possibilities for Volume 2!

Explore together how Follett’s innovative and timeless concepts of integrative process hold particular promise in their application to contemporary issues; from self, to group, to neighborhood, to society at a global scale.
