Welcome to the webpage of the ECPR Standing Group (SG) on Gender and Politics, which aims to study and foster the debate about gender, sexuality and intersectionality in politics, academia and other areas of public life. Our SG is an open and inclusive community, welcoming academics from various theoretical, methodological, and empirical traditions.
Our SG organises the biennial European Conference on Politics and Gender, ad-hoc workshops, organizes section (s) on gender and politics at the ECPR General Conference and endorses ECPR Joint Sessions workshops organized by members of the Standing Group.
