MEXICO CITY–Mexico’s police and soldiers have committed widespread human rights abuses in the government’s fight against organized crime, according to a report published on Wednesday.

Australian POLICE have identified a gap in their organised crime strategy and are plugging it with back to basics, “in your face” tactics.  Victoria Police crime department chief Graham Ashton said it could take years of investigative effort and millions of dollars to crack open organised crime groups.
