Gender-Focused Parliamentary Institutions Research Network (GenParlNet)

In 2013 the Gender-Focused Parliamentary Institutions Research Network
(GenParlNet) was established in Barcelona by Joan Grace and Marian Sawer to
link researchers working in this field. It aims to help in developing a
consistent approach to analysis and comparison of such bodies, which range
from standing committees and commissions to all-party parliamentary groups
and women’s caucuses.

GenParlNet has organised two panels for the IPSA
Congress in Montréal in July 2014 and will be organising panels for the ECPG
Conference in Uppsala.
