The University of Trento has negotiated special rates with a number of hotels for SGEU Conference participants. In order to take advantage of these rates participants should make their reservation directly with the hotel, advising they are participants of the conference, and asking for the special rate agreed with the University of Trento. Information about your arrival and departure, cancellation, and any other changes must be communicated directly to the hotel.
